Who we are

This website is run by LJ Matters, the author of Before Day One. You can contact us at hello@ljmatters.com.

What we collect, and why

When you sign up for the free Companion Workbook, we collect your email address (and your first name, if you choose to give it). We use it to:

• send you the workbook download link
• send occasional news about LJ Matters books, such as new releases

We rely on your consent to do this. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

Who handles your data

Our email list is managed by [Email provider], which stores your details securely on our behalf and sends our emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete them or keep only what's needed to make sure you don't receive further emails.

Your choices and rights

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. You can also ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it, by emailing hello@ljmatters.com. If you live in the European Union or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
